1. Who runs this

This site and the associated OAuth application are operated by the owner of mahum.dev as a personal project. Contact: gilankpam@gmail.com.

2. What this application is

The application is a single-user, personal automation that signs in to the owner's own Google account. It is not offered to other users, has no public sign-up, and does not host data on behalf of third parties.

3. Data accessed from Google

With the owner's explicit consent through Google's OAuth flow, the application may request the following scopes:

Gmail (gmail.readonly and/or gmail.modify) — to read message metadata and bodies for personal triage, summarization, and labeling automations.
Google Calendar (calendar.readonly and/or calendar) — to read or update events for personal scheduling automations.
Profile and email (openid, email, profile) — to identify the signed-in account.

4. How the data is used

Data fetched from Google APIs is processed exclusively on the owner's own homelab infrastructure for the purpose of personal automations described above. The application does not:

share or transfer the data to any third party,
use the data for advertising or to build user profiles,
sell the data, or
use the data to train generalized AI/ML models.

5. Storage and retention

Data is stored only on the owner's homelab, kept transient where possible, and deleted when no longer needed for the automation that fetched it. Revoking the OAuth grant in your Google Account permissions stops further access immediately; any locally cached data can be deleted on request to the contact email above.

6. Limited Use disclosure

mahum.dev's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Human access to data

No humans access the data obtained from Google APIs except:

the owner, who is also the sole user of the application;
with the user's explicit consent;
as necessary to investigate and respond to a security incident or abuse; or
where required by applicable law.

8. Children

The application is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes to this policy

Any changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Material changes that expand data collection will require a new consent.
